Welcome to Pembroke Chiropractic, the office of Dr. Mark Soccio and Tammie Soccio, Massage Therapist.
We hope that you have come to this page, not by some chance or coincidence, but rather that you have been guided to us so that we may assist you in whatever healing you are looking to experience.
At Pembroke Chiropractic, we work with you as the whole person you are and not just some regional, compartmentalize pain or symptom. Our healing connection enables us to work with your body on many levels. Whether you are struggling with back pain, neck pain, headaches, or what ever else ails you, our training in Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Nutrition can help you regaining the vitality that you may have lost.
Dis-ease in the body can be traced to three major stressors; Physical Stress, Mental/Emotional Stress and Chemical Stress.
Your physical stress may be the result of the work you do, be it physical labor like construction, or repetitive physical stress such as working on a computer all day. Perhaps your physical stress was caused by a car or work related accident or a fall or sport injury.
Your mental/emotional stress may be the result of your environment at work or at home and how those place make you feel and think. Perhaps your mental stress is caused by a divorce or maybe you have, Irritable “Boss” Syndrome.
Your chemical stress may be the result of the choices of food and drink you consume. Or, perhaps you smoke or you are in an environment where people smoke. Perhaps to drink alcohol on a little more the social level. Maybe you have been taking prescription or over the counter medications for a long time.
Our bodies were designed to adapt to these stresses. However, when the stresses exceed that which we can adapt too, our bodies begin to react with symptom. If we ignore the message that our bodies are trying to send us, sooner or later, we end up in CRISIS.
Our work is focused on helping bring your body back into balance. The chiropractic adjustment helps to correct the interference caused by one of these stresses which then allows the body to heal itself.
Call our office and allow yourself to step into an environment where people really do care about you. Your health is important to us and we will handle it with care. We are located in the Pembroke/Bayside area of Virginia Beach.
Thank you for choosing Pembroke Chiropractic an have a Blessed Day!
Love and Peace,
Dr. Mark and Team
